1.5hrs Initial EFT Consult – $200
Connect with me in person or via Skype/Zoom. In this initial consult I teach you the basics of EFT, and we will immediately start the shedding process, by exploring your limiting beliefs.
1 hr EFT Coaching Session – $165
Connect with me in person or via Skype/Zoom. In these sessions we delve deep into your negative core beliefs that have contributed to your issue
Starter EFT Coaching Package – $500 (save $30)
Valid for 6 months from purchase date
After identifying the core issues during our initial consultation, we’ll delve deeper into the beliefs, experiences and patterns that may be keeping these issues present. The following sessions allow us the time and space to work more deeply with what comes up, helping to shift old patterns and belief systems.
A wonderful package for new clients who are ready to commit to their healing journey. This package includes an initial consultation + 2 x 60-minute EFT sessions.
3 x 1 hr EFT Coaching Package – $465 (save $30)

After identifying the core issues in our initial consultation, we delve deeper into releasing the negative effects of beliefs/traumas/events that are keeping your issues present.

In these sessions I will teach children the basics of EFT and allow them to work with EFT to shed core issues in a safe and nurturing space.

In these sessions children are taught the basics of EFT and we begin to shed core issues together using tapping.
A Zenful Day – Fast track results 1 on 1- 5 hrs $550
Spend a day with me where we work together to focus on core issues that you want to address. A combination of EFT and meditation can be used in these sessions to leave you feeling zenful by the end of the day.
Private Meditation Coaching 1 hr – $120
Learn the basics of meditation and experience peaceful bliss as I guide you through a meditation suited to your personal goals.
